1. How long to travel to Halong Bay by car?

It takes 3 hours and a half by drive from Hanoi to Halong Bay
 

 

2. Is it safe to be on the car?

Though the traffic in Vietnam is not so good, drivers drive quite competently, he will slow down for the big bumps in the road, driving the speed limits and driving very safely.

 

3. Can I travel by train to Halong Bay?

Yes, but it is local cargo train and extremely uncomfortable and not clean. We do strongly recommend you to travel by car.

6. What do you think 2 day program and 3 day program? Which one do you recommend us to take?

For those who want to cruise for sightseeing, we recommend them to take 2 day tour program, if you are interested in adventure and want to discover hidden corners of the Halong Bay and want to have ultimate getaway from regular routes that other cruises operating, we suggest you should take 3 day program.

11. Do you think I need to have tour guide to escort to Halong bay?

The rates for all tours in this website are not inclusive of tour guide service. Some boats do not allow tour guide get onboard and furthermore, you will have to afford him/her meals and accommodation. If you want tour guide travel with you on the road, telling you more about Vietnam and helping you on the way, we will provide one for you but you will have to pay extra charge for your tour guide service accordingly.

 

 

12. How will I do if I do not have tour guide?

Tour guides are available every cruises. They will guide you while cruising.
 

 

13. What kind of car will I have?
